Express sets their Holiday windows and they should have a waited to few more weeks... to design something better. Looking like a re-visit from 1995 -- cluttered, brassy, dated and tired. Metal stars, graphic text walls, packages with the same graphics, and some sorry looking trees. Lets move Express into 2012 quickly!
