The eye (does not) have it...

WTF!?!?  I really can not understand how this window can continue to get worse.  Oh where to start... the silver sparkle floor, the ugly plexi cut out ( and what is she doing?), the stack of books that make no sense ( and forms an eye!) UGHHH.
