Always out of the box, creative windows from Lanvin. This time runners dressed in fun couture run with the wooden measuring sticks dropping off from the movement. Run to it ...

Every little bird in the tall oak tree...
Fun springtime window at Derek Lam. Love the "child-like" birds and trees to complement the latest in spring couture. Nice that this is simple and clean with a few of our feathered friends and not a scene from The Birds...
Ray of light ...
Just in time for Spring, Dior creates a fun "artful" window using lighted tubes to frame their product. Nice use of design to create a nice background for the handbags and mannequins. Light the way ...

See you later alligator ....
Finally after six plus months, Asprey changes their windows. While certainly nothing to gawk at, beautifully constructed although boring and simple boxes against a faux alligator skin. Hopefully we will not see this window until next spring. Exotic skins...
Suit and vine...
Interesting use of props at John Varvatos. Certainly creating a nice pre-spring visual and bold and pleasing, confused if the large white vines have some significance with made measure ( if they were made of patterns or tape measures, I would get it ) or are they just large props. Hermes creates a "stable-esqe" window for Spring. Clean lines, simple and stark white make the footwear, accessories, apparel and hanbags pop out. The beautiful realistic horse add a great flare and balance the collection. I love the 3D LED lighted frame to the windows to add sophistication to the whole window. And their off...

Ramp it up ...
A few angled ramps and Burberry creates the simplest window that is perfect for the Spring transition. Bright colors with a gloss finish create a nice backdrop for the mannequins layered with nice pops of color with scarves and accessories. I really love the repetition with the triple mannequins and the breath o color available from the handbags. Roll it up...

Kicking the table...
Using table soccer as a clever theme, Berluti uses large versions of the players to showcase the latest or Spring. Great display for the jacket between the two players and the very simple display for the footwear below. Love the second window of the locker room. Perfect creativity displaying the leather goods and accessories. Score!...
A robin feathering his nest ...
A beautiful Springtime window from David Yurman. Simple with clean lines. Love the asymmetrical balance with the tree in the corner and the pedestals. Great details on the pedestals: wood form, tree branch stand, and the moss layers. The little sparrows add a nice little touch to finish it off. Catching the worm here!...
