Rainbow sherbet...

Unlqlo creates a beautiful window good enough to eat. Bright colors for tanks, shorts, jackets and dresses celebrate a taste of summer.  Fabulous color blocked sections using hanging apparel and ice cream cones and mannequins on turntables are completed with lighting in each color. I love that each section alternates the cone/apparel - mannequin composition to keep the multi windows interesting. I only wish the ice cream cones were real props versus cardboard cutouts. How many scoops?...

 



Here come the prints...

Famed textile designer Celia Birtwell launches her newest collection for Uniqlo.  With her signature bold prints, the window uses logos from the collection across the glass, and for a dramatic flare, adds a huge red curtain to frame it all in. Add some special red lighting to create the mood and vola! Spring arrives on 5th Avenue...

 

 

Walking in a winter wonderland...

Uniqlo celebrates it's first Holiday on fifth Avenue.  Huge neon snowflakes, hanging mirrored balls, and their giant digital media screens; the largest flagship does the largest holiday. I love how busy this is and it is still so clean and simple; just like their stores!

Neon Qlo...

Uniqlo creates a store atmosphere for their new HEAT TECH collection. Using fluorescent tubes in multi colors and the large digital screens the flagship door looks like a giant Ferris wheel. Perfect combination as the graphic for Heat Tech uses warm multicolor squares. So tubular!! 

Capture the glow...

Uniqlo Fifth Avenue is open.  The use of digital media is everywhere; especially used behind the mannequins as a background and in the Fifth Avenue windows that are  attached to the elevators.  The mannequin bases are all on turntables to present a 360 view of the latest fashion. Hats off that all the turntables are synced to turn at the same time.  Glowing!!!

September QLO...

The largest Uniqlo door in the world is just about to open.  This week the MTA subway ads made a debut.

Here comes the Qlo...

Only a few months away from the new Uniqlo flagship on Fifth Avenue. This will be the largest store for them yet. They are also opening another store on 34th Street, which will take the NYC total to three.
