A robin feathering his nest ...

A beautiful Springtime window from David Yurman.  Simple with clean lines.  Love the asymmetrical balance with the tree in the corner and the pedestals. Great details on the pedestals:  wood form, tree branch stand, and the moss layers.  The little sparrows add a nice little touch to finish it off. Catching the worm here!...

First snow of the season...

Clean window from David Yurman.  This simple looking background provides great depth and keeps the focus on the jewelry showcased for the season.  On a closer look, these little snowflake stars have great details of 3D and are lighted - and the pattern has a great balance for the eye.  Great execution that only a third are lighted, creating a nice simple mix that does not overpower.  So "cool" to the senses...

Ray of light...

A beautiful window from David Yurman.  A great example of simple yet with a punch of impact. The starburst is created with three layers of plexi for a 3D effect.   Shine on...

Cracked ice...

Simple clean window from David Yurman.  Nothing too exciting, but the "cracked ice" pedestals are realisitic and a nice quality.  On the rocks...

Snow drift...

Another theme of the season this year is "snow" windows. David Yurman takes his view on the theme; a snow bank, a white rabbit, and simple origami wreath. The background graphic of line art trees keeps this window so simple and clean but adds a great layer of depth. I love how pieces of the wreath have fallen on the snow. I would have loved to see the jewelry displays on tree branches or something similar then using the display forms. This window does put  a smile on your face.

Ah Bonsai ...!

Big and bold, the latest window from David Yurman. The silver Bonsai Tree makes the winter chill of January hit home.  Love how clean and simple this window is, but still makes a huge impact with the size of this tree. Treetastic!

All the little birdies...

I love this window! DY has month after month had some great simple little windows.  The color of the bird houses are perfect for Spring. Each one has its own set of lighting to showcase the jewelry collection ( pic was at night, so the jewelry has been removed) and no electrical wires are showing. Tweet! Tweet!

Floating by...

There is something about this window I find very peaceful. The execution of the floating wood and resin could have been an installation issue, but perfectly balanced.

Let there be light...

Some fiber optics and a beautiful installation from DY.
