Anthropologie as always, creates an amazing hand crafted window.  Showcasing a painting within each window - then recreating it in a cubism style.  Close-up it appears as a painting of squares, but from the distance it forms into the painting showcased. Brilliant ! Stroke of the brush...

Beautiful windows at Anthropologie Rock Center.  All the birds are created with paper- using different fabrics, textures and patterns -  so amazing, so creative, so holiday! Don't fly away ...



Urban garden...

Leave it to Anthropologie to always take creativity to the next level.  What happens when a vegitable graden grows in the urban jungle?   Anthro shows us how:  plants bursts from the street, growing in water towers, or growing in a pile of newpapers.  Giant papier mache vegistables add great texture and color and are built with beatuiful details. Love how the apparel captures the theme in color and texture. Steamed. raw or cooked?...

 

 

Papier-mâché winter...

Oh Anthropologie how amazing are you... The flagship at Rockefeller Center. Incredible details throughout all the windows: from the animals, the lanterns, the trees, the script and scrolls. So many people walked right by these masterpieces,  and do not even look at these details. I love the animals stacked on each other backs. Classic craft movement, classic holiday dazzle, classic Anthropologie...
